Position Overview:
Tellerex is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Process Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll establish and maintain systemic processes to streamline the flow of inventory from receiving through to disassembly, refurbishment, and order fulfillment. Your expertise will ensure our processes are not only efficient and risk-averse but also aligned with industry compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement systemic bills of materials and production orders to establish comprehensive work queues.
  • Detect and address process bottlenecks, enhancing overall system efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop staffing models based on analytical assessment of work queues.
  • Manage inventory levels by analyzing usage data to determine optimal stock thresholds.
  • Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks by defining and overseeing control measures.
  • Author and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring alignment with training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
  • Conduct process compliance reviews, aligning with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Lead process requirement gathering sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Process Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with major ERP systems and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of operational production workflows and compliance within the financial or tech services sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, with proficiency in collaboration across various organizational levels.
  • Independent work ethic and team collaboration capabilities.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
