Position Overview:
Tellerex is seeking a highly skilled and detailed oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll help develop and maintain quality control standards for everything within the company, from shipping to part repair, all the way to full unit refurbishment. Quality findings will be documented, reported on and fed into our process improvement cycle. Your expertise will ensure that our products not only meet customer standards but go beyond what is expected within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and testing refurbished parts and machines for defects or potential flaws.
  • Record findings in a standardized format.
  • Learn about developments in ATM technology.
  • Serve as a liaison between our refurbishment technician teams and the customer.
  • Continually improve QC Checklist to include customer issues and new observations.
  • Work with the Process Improvement Department to track and record defect rates and percentages for MIS reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate defects with teams to help reduce future errors.
  • Help the Process Improvement Team identify root causes of defects and how to address them.
  • Ability to multitask multiple different projects and prioritize critical orders.
  • Respond to customer concerns and address fixes
Qualifications:
  • Required
    • Experience, or equivalent education, in the quality control field and methodologies.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Fluent in English, (both written and oral communication).
    • Heightened attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of converting data into the correct documentation.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in a technical electromechanical repair environment.
    • Comprehension of or certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Onsite position at our Atlanta Headquarters.
